All Heads Recognized, Community Interest Company (CIC)

About the CIC

At All Heads Recognised, we're thrilled to operate as a Community Interest Company (CIC), allowing us to focus on creating positive change within our community. Our CIC status means that our efforts and resources are dedicated to social and community objectives, ensuring that our work benefits the public good.

At All Heads Recognized, we want to create a thriving, inclusive community where individuals of all ages can grow, develop, and realize their potential through education and collaboration. AHR envisions a society where diverse voices are heard and valued, fostering positive change and empowering young minds to navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood.

  • Diversity and Inclusivity: We promote a learning environment that values diversity and inclusivity.

  • Community Impact: We aim to make a positive difference in society through education.

  • Lifelong Learning: We advocate for continuous learning and self-improvement, supporting our students every step of the way.

  • Intergenerational Collaboration: We believe in the power of teamwork across generations.

Our Community Work

Here are some highlights of the work we've accomplished as a CIC:

Collaborating with Croydon Council: We've partnered with Croydon Council to accommodate space for our Holiday Food and Activities (HAF) Programmes, which are typically run during school term holidays in winter, spring, and summer.

Penguin House & Black History Month: Publishing house Penguin has generously donated books for us to share with the community. Most recently, they provided books for Black History Month, in which our students enjoyed reading them out to post on our social media.

Podcast — Turning the Page: This project is to create a podcast that showcases young people’s perspectives and engages the local community in meaningful conversations, this means conversations that bridge gaps between different viewpoints, encourage dialogue on pressing topics, and highlight the importance of community involvement. This project is being funded by the Mayor of London’s Good Growth Fund — click here to find out more.

We’re excited about the positive changes we’re making and look forward to continuing our mission. Stay tuned for more updates!
